Evan, the CEO and founder of Stupendous Stays, has a unique approach to short-term rental management. With a background as an intensive care nurse, Evan honed his skills in meticulous care, attention to detail, and putting people first—qualities he now brings to hospitality. His mission is to create seamless, memorable, and welcoming guest experiences while sharing his love for Columbus, Ohio, and all the vibrant city has to offer.  
 
Evan’s journey bridges healthcare, military service, and real estate through hospitality. With eight years of critical care nursing and a history of service in the Army, Evan has always prioritized helping others. His experiences have instilled a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to excellence that shines in every property Stupendous Stays manages.  
 
Evan knows that exceptional guest experiences are built on the little details that make all the difference. From flawless organization to creating warm and inviting spaces, his care-focused approach ensures both guests and property owners feel valued and supported.  
 
When not leading Stupendous Stays, Evan enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, and relaxing with his wife and pets.
