Airbnb Co-Host in Columbus, Ohio

An Airbnb co-host manages your listing with you, right on your own Airbnb account. Stupendous Stays is a professional Airbnb co-host in Columbus, Ohio. We handle guest messaging, pricing, cleaning, maintenance and reporting, while the listing, the reviews and the payouts stay in your name.

What a co-host does

• Answers guest messages 24/7, including late-night lockouts and early check-in requests

• Screens guests and enforces house rules

• Updates nightly rates daily with PriceLabs and Columbus market comps

• Schedules cleanings and inspects the home between stays

• Coordinates repairs, restocks supplies and handles guest issues on site

• Improves your listing title, description, photos and amenities to rank higher

• Sends you a monthly report so you always know how the home is performing

Who co-hosting is for

• Owners who built their listing but no longer have time to run it

• Owners who moved away from Columbus and need a local team on the ground

• Investors adding a second or third home who want consistent operations

• Hosts whose reviews or occupancy have slipped and want a reset

What changes when we take over

Faster replies. Airbnb rewards quick, reliable responses. We answer around the clock.

Better rankings. We rewrite the listing, reorder photos and fill amenity gaps that hold it back in search.

Smarter pricing. Rates move daily with demand, so event weekends earn more and quiet weeks still book.

Cleaner turnovers. Every stay ends with an inspection and photos, so problems get caught before the next guest arrives.

Fewer surprises. Smart locks, noise monitoring and clear house rules keep parties out and neighbors happy.
